Hey Prachi... Yes we have Templates for all of our products. I am including a diagram so you see where you can find it. In the product page above our 48hr seal, you will see a sentence that says, "You can download the design template as a .JPG file or an .EPS file." Just click on either the jpg or the eps to download that template.

Have you placed an order yet? In our ordering process, uploading the files is the FINAL step.

Also sometimes you can time out or have an interruption in the upload and causes your artwork not to upload or come in corrupted. At that time we would go ahead and give you an email to send in the files with your order number on the subject line.

On our website we have a map that explains the transit times when you ship anywhere in the United States. We have to manufacture your product, then ship it. Each product shows you how long it takes for production. You will then ADD transit time to that depending where you live. That gives you a very good estimate as to when you will have the product in your hand.

We are in the process of finalizing our "new" website. One of the new features it has will be a time calculator which will let you know when you can expect the product you are ordering to arrive at its destination.
