A comment on the idea "GetSatisfaction has increased calls to customer service" in Get Satisfaction:
Hi Robert. Single Sign On was previously in a $279/month plan. We've moved it down in to a significantly cheaper plan.
We will be re-designing the feedback widget soon. It's one of the next features slated on our roadmap. – Amy Muller, on March 03, 2010 02:20

A comment on the problem "reporting SPAM at getsatisfaction.com" in Get Satisfaction:
Hi richard. I'm unclear about how this relates to Get Satisfaction? That subject line you've pasted above is not one that we use in our automated emails. I'm unfamiliar with EcDesign community forums. – Amy Muller, on March 01, 2010 07:54

Hi Peter,
Currently Zendesk is only available on the Manage plan. We're launching new plans next week that will make Zendesk available on all paid plans.
More info here and much more detailed info coming out on Monday.
A comment on the problem "disabled account" in Facebook:
I work for Get Satisfaction, not Facebook. Unfortunately, I can't help you with your Facebook account. However, I have removed your private data from your reply above. You should not post your email address or any other login info here or in any public place online. Your best course of action is to email Facebook support. Good luck! – Amy Muller, on February 27, 2010 06:10

Amy Muller replied on February 26, 2010 06:32 to the praise "30 days of a free Premium community" in Get Satisfaction:
Hi FrankHsu889,
You have to purchase a paid plan in order to use the Zendesk integration. You'll want to wait until Monday, 3/1 to do this because this feature will be available in our entry-level plan at that point.
In order to see an Admin link in your community, you have to either purchase a plan or wait for your employee claim to be approved if it's a free community. Please email claims@getsatisfaction.com from your @freshmealssolutions.com email domain in order to verify your employee affiliation.
Amy Muller posted an update in Get Satisfaction on February 25, 2010 20:59:

Amy Muller replied on February 25, 2010 19:58 to the question "Does Get Satisfaction use their own system?" in Get Satisfaction:
Hi labmag. I saw your @reply on Twitter: http://twitter.com/labmag/status/9328... "what i ́m saying is you don ́t use your feedback button on your mainpage. there is only a link in the lower right talking about help"
Our situation is unique in that we service our customers (companies & organizations who maintain support communities on GS) but also *their* customers who use us as a network of support communities for their various support needs.
A feedback widget on our home page would likely invite a lot of inquiries about other companies. We may put one there some day, but would need to customize it to make it crystal clear that it should only be used for feedback and questions about Get Satisfaction. Instead, we just point users directly into our community space from the Help link in the footer.

Hi Miguel. I don't work for Sleep Cycle. I work for Get Satisfaction - the web site that hosts this customer support community.
I recommend that you post your note as a new topic here in this community so that it has more chance of being seen by the employees and other community members. You can select "Praise" as your topic type.
