Once we receive your files, our preflight team will open the files to ensure that they are set up correctly for print. They will check that the resolution is high enough, there won't be any type that may get cut into, and that the size you ordered is in fact the size of the file submitted. If there are any issues that come up during this process we will notify you.

Inappropriate?Yes, our pre-flight department checks all the artwork that comes in. They make sure your design is up to par with our Print 101 and File Prep sections in our website. If there's anything that needs to be changed, we will notify you by updating your account and sending you an email that includes specifically what needs to be fixed.

Inappropriate?Absolutely.... We check for the right resolution, we see if anything is in danger of getting cut off, we make sure it is CMYK, and that it is the correct size.
