I have 1000 business cards printed purple on one side, sent them back to get fixed a month ago, and I got the return to sender today...suck.

You stated that you sent a message to the CRM? I am not sure what that is, but please note that for any issues with your order, the best way to reach us is by phone at 1*800*433*9298. If it is not something that requires an immediate response, then you can send an email to service@clubflyers.com. We answer every email that we receive usually the same day. -

In the future if you do not receive a respond to any question or problems, please feel free to contact our customer service team, Monday - Friday 10am - 9pm Eastern. Now, as far as the problem with your print job. We take great pride in our products and stand behind them 100%. There seems to have been a Preflighting and Cutting issue with your BCs, and we are more than happy to go ahead and offer a reprint free of charge on the order. Please supply us with your order number and we will take care of this problem for you.

Inappropriate?I am pissed at clubflyers too. They never emailed me back and mislead me with on how long it would take to ship. They do not for warn in the check out about how long it will actually take to get to the west coast. They might be a good company if you live in Florida. Does anyone know a good similar west coast company that does the same thing? Thank

Inappropriate?On our website we have a map that explains the transit times when you ship anywhere in the United States. We have to manufacture your product, then ship it. Each product shows you how long it takes for production. You will then ADD transit time to that depending where you live. That gives you a very good estimate as to when you will have the product in your hand.
We are in the process of finalizing our "new" website. One of the new features it has will be a time calculator which will let you know when you can expect the product you are ordering to arrive at its destination.
I am sorry if this wasnt clear to you on the site, and would like to offer you a free set of flyers to show good faith and that we do value you as a customer.

Inappropriate?First time using clubflyers.com and I could not get my files to upload yet I was still charged for the services. After hours of trying and calling every graphic guru I know I decided to go another route and use a different company. I just called clubflyers.com and they told me it would take 5-7 business days to get a refund for work they never even touched!!! WTH?
There is a problem with the order process, why would you upload files AFTER you pay? If someone like me runs in to an issue and cannot use the company's services I am stuck waiting on a refund for a WEEK.

We fully understand your frustration in having to wait 5-7 days to receive your refund. Your refund has been processed. We have changed our policy now to refund within 1-2 business days. Thank you for pointing out the issue so we can resolve it.
